According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CN CULTURAL T&A (00542) announced that on October 13, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Fuyuan Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. intends to sell 47% of the equity of China Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. to Gaofeng Global Co., Ltd. for approximately RMB 143 million in cash
