ZOTYE Automobile announced that the term of the eighth board of directors will expire on February 16, 2025. The company held the ninth interim meeting of the eighth board of directors on October 12, 2025, to review and approve the proposals for the election of non-independent directors and independent directors for the ninth board of directors. The ninth board of directors will consist of 9 directors, including 6 non-independent directors and 3 independent directors. Nominated by the company, the candidates for the 9th board of directors' non-independent directors are LEEI JIAN, Li Lizhong, Lin Longhua, Xu Mingzhe, Wang Yian, and Wu Donglin; the candidates for the independent directors are Wang Yanming, Cui Xiaozhong, and Ma Yanhong.
