# JANCO HOLDINGS: Changqing (Hong Kong) CPA Firm resigns as the company's auditor

According to the announcement from JANCO HOLDINGS (08035), Changqing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited has submitted its resignation letter dated October 10, 2025. Accordingly, Changqing has resigned as the company's auditor, effective immediately, due to the company's failure to reach an agreement with Changqing on the audit fees for the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries (the Group) for the year ending December 31, 2025. Given that several audit proposals from other professional accounting firms are more competitive, the board of directors and the company's audit committee believe that changing auditors will enhance the cost-effectiveness of the company's audit work
