# Yatai Pharm: Signed a share transfer agreement, control rights are expected to change

Yatai Pharm announced that the company's controlling shareholder Fubon Group and its concerted party Hangu Investment have signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Xinghao Holdings and Xingchen Investment. Fubon Group and Hangu Investment plan to transfer 14.61% of the company's shares, totaling 109 million shares, through an agreement transfer method. The transfer price is 8.26 yuan per share, with a total amount of 900 million yuan. If this transaction is ultimately implemented, the company's controlling shareholder will change from Fubon Group to Xinghao Holdings, and the actual controller of the company will change from the management team composed of Song Hanping, Fu Cai, and Hu Zhenghui to Qiu Zhongxun
