According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HSSM (002290.SZ) announced that on October 12, 2025, the company's board of directors received a "Detention Notice" issued by the Public Security Bureau of Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, forwarded by the family of Mr. Wu Haifeng, a director of the company. Mr. Wu Haifeng is currently cooperating with the public security authorities in an investigation for suspected illegal loan issuance.
