# JQH shareholders Shenzhen Yuan Zhi Fu Hai plan to reduce their holdings by approximately 2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JQH (002885.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Yuan Zhi Fu Hai High-tech Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) plans to reduce its holdings of some company shares through block trading within three months after the disclosure date of this reduction pre-disclosure announcement (from November 4, 2025, to February 3, 2026, excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited by laws and regulations). The total number of shares intended to be reduced is 5.4183 million shares (accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account)
