# STAR SHUAIER plans to invest 90 million yuan in the Shangdian Technology STAR SHUAIER Investment Fund

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, STAR SHUAIER (002860.SZ) announced that the company has signed the "Partnership Agreement of Shanghai Shangdian Ke STAR SHUAIER Private Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with Shanghai Electric Science and Technology Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shangdian Ke Fund") and Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shangdian Ke"). They will jointly invest to establish the Shanghai Shangdian Ke STAR SHUAIER Private Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Shangdian Ke STAR SHUAIER Investment Fund"). The scale of the Shangdian Ke STAR SHUAIER Investment Fund is RMB 100 million, of which the company, as a limited partner, will contribute RMB 90 million with its own funds, holding 90% of the partnership shares. The partnership intends to primarily invest in core components and other technology projects
