# Enpack's three shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 6%

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Enpack (002846.SZ) announced that its shareholder Mr. Weng Weiwu plans to reduce his holdings in the company by a total of no more than 12.5498 million shares (i.e., no more than 3% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and block trading; shareholder Mr. Weng Weiwei plans to reduce his holdings in the company by a total of no more than 6.2749 million shares (i.e., no more than 1.50% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and block trading; shareholder Ms. Cai Peinong plans to reduce her holdings in the company by a total of no more than 6.2749 million shares (i.e., no more than 1.50% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and block trading
