CETC Digital announced that its controlling shareholder, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and its concerted party, China Electronics Technology Investment Holding Co., Ltd., will cumulatively increase their holdings of the company's A shares by 11.1269 million shares through centralized bidding from December 20, 2024, to October 10, 2025, accounting for 1.64% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction amount of 264 million yuan; among them, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Digital Technology Co., Ltd. increased its holdings by 6.5539 million shares, accounting for 0.96%, with a transaction amount of 154 million yuan; China Electronics Technology Investment Holding Co., Ltd. increased its holdings by 4.573 million shares, accounting for 0.67%, with a transaction amount of 110 million yuan. This increase plan has been completed
