# ST A-Zenith plans to conduct a related furniture procurement transaction worth 25 million yuan with Yuxiao Group

On October 14, 2025, \*ST A-Zenith held the 14th meeting of the fifth board of directors, reviewing and approving the proposal for new daily related transactions with the related party Jinan Yuxiao Group Co., Ltd. Yuxiao Group intends to purchase office furniture and decoration materials from \*ST A-Zenith for its Africa headquarters project, with a transaction amount not exceeding 25 million yuan. This transaction does not require submission for shareholder meeting review. Yuxiao Group is actually controlled by the company's controlling shareholder Wu Tao, is legally existing and operating normally, and has the ability to perform the contract. The transaction follows the principle of fairness and is priced based on market prices.
