According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sinotrans (00598) announced that from August 4, 2025, to October 14, 2025, the company has cumulatively increased its holdings in Antong Holdings by 168.608 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding, accounting for approximately 3.98% of Antong Holdings' total share capital, with an increase amounting to about RMB 600 million (excluding taxes and fees). This has reached the upper limit of the proposed increase in holdings, and the implementation of the proposed increase has been completed. As of the date of this announcement, the company holds a total of 168.7742 million shares of Antong Holdings, accounting for approximately 3.99% of Antong Holdings' total share capital
