ZHENGBANG TECHNOLOGY announced that its subsidiary Liaoning Chaoyang ZHENGBANG Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. has had its reorganization plan approved by the Intermediate People's Court of Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Previously, Chaoyang ZHENGBANG had its reorganization application accepted by the court on September 4, 2025. The approval of the reorganization plan marks the official entry of Chaoyang ZHENGBANG into the execution phase of the reorganization plan.
