Chongqing Port announced that the information disclosure obligor, Chongqing Logistics Group Co., Ltd., intends to absorb and merge its wholly-owned subsidiary, Port Logistics Group. This equity change is due to the information disclosure obligor absorbing and merging its wholly-owned subsidiary, Port Logistics Group, resulting in a change from indirect controlling shareholder of the listed company to direct controlling shareholder, which will not lead to a change in the actual controller of the listed company. It complies with the relevant provisions of Article 62, Paragraph 1 of the Measures for the Administration of Acquisitions of Listed Companies, and can be exempted from increasing shares through a tender offer
