# Vontron Technology: Distributing 0.6 yuan for every 10 shares

Vontron Technology announced that the profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Based on the total share capital of 473 million shares at the end of the first half of 2025, a dividend of 0.6 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with an expected total dividend amount of 28.3573 million yuan. The equity registration date is October 20, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 21, 2025. The recipients of this dividend distribution are all shareholders registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited after the close of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 20, 2025
