# SENSTEED: The upper-level equity adjustment of the controlling shareholder has been completed

SENSTEED announced that the executive partner of its controlling shareholder, ZiHeJinXin, ChiJi Holdings, has transferred a total of 22.2222% of its equity in ZiHeJinXin to Hangzhou TangJi to eliminate historical debts. The above transaction has recently completed the registration procedures for industrial and commercial changes. This adjustment of the upper equity of the controlling shareholder, ZiHeJinXin, will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and will not result in a change in the actual controller. As of the date of this announcement, ChiJi Holdings remains the executive partner of ZiHeJinXin
