ZHEJIANG NATURAL announced that the Tiantai Ruiju Equity Investment Center has reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 1.4157 million shares through centralized bidding from September 29 to October 13, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, with a reduction price range of 25.5 to 26 yuan/share, cashing out 36.4043 million yuan. After this reduction, its holdings decreased to 8.0343 million shares, and the shareholding ratio fell from 6.67% to 5.68%; the combined shareholding ratio with concerted actors decreased from 66.75% to 65.75%, with the equity change reaching the 1% threshold
