W-Ibeda announced that director and senior executive Pan Min plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 173,800 shares, accounting for 0.21%, through centralized bidding or block trading. As of October 13, 2025, he has cumulatively reduced his holdings by 120,000 shares through centralized bidding from July 17 to August 11, 2025, accounting for 0.14% of the company's total share capital, with a reduction price range of 38.78 to 49.02 yuan/share, totaling 5.1267 million yuan. The reduction plan has been completed; Pan Min currently holds 575,300 shares, accounting for 0.68%, down from 695,300 shares, or 0.82%, before the reduction
