According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tianli Lithium Energy (301152.SZ) announced that its shareholder Anhui Gaoxin Investment New Materials Industry Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.5622 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
