# STAR SHUAIER: The actual controller Chen Lijuan has decided to terminate the reduction plan early and promised not to reduce holdings before March 4, 2026

STAR SHUAIER announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller Chen Lijuan holds 85.5527 million shares, accounting for 23.78%. The original plan was to reduce holdings by 9 million shares, accounting for 2.50%, which has not been implemented as of the announcement date. The decision has been made to terminate this plan early, and a commitment has been made not to reduce holdings before March 4, 2026. Director and executive Zhang Yong reduced his holdings by 200,000 shares at a price of 13.61 yuan/share on October 14, 2025; Sun Jian reduced his holdings by 130,000 shares at a price of 13.02 yuan/share on October 13, 2025; Lu You reduced his holdings by 60,000 shares at a price of 13.62 yuan/share on October 14, 2025; Sun Hai reduced his holdings by 90,000 shares at a price of 13.81 yuan/share from September 30 to October 14, 2025. All related reduction plans have been completed
