Jinkong Power announced that Jinzhang No. 2, managed by Zhongtou Zhibenhui Asset Management Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings in the company by 20.9961 million shares through block trading on October 13, 2025, accounting for 0.68% of the company's total share capital, bringing its total shareholding ratio down from 5.68% to 4.99%, falling below the 5% red line; from April 13, 2025, to October 13, 2025, Zhongtou Zhibenhui has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 122 million shares, with a cumulative equity change ratio of 3.98%
