# Bichamp Cutting Technology: Transferred shares of Jinfeng Kechuang Fund worth 15 million yuan, transfer price 14.3827 million yuan

Bichamp Cutting Technology announced that in order to optimize its investment structure and layout, and enhance asset liquidity, the company has signed a partnership property share transfer contract with Guangdong Yi Nuo Zhi Yuan Ri Xin Venture Capital Partnership. The company will transfer its 2.50% partnership share in Shanghai Jinpu Technology Venture Capital Partnership to Yi Nuo Zhi Yuan Ri Xin Fund, with a transfer price of 14.3827 million yuan. After the completion of this transfer, the company will no longer hold shares in Jinpu Technology Innovation Fund. This transaction aligns with the company's investment strategy and development strategy, and helps further optimize the company's asset structure and improve capital utilization efficiency
