# OURGAME clarifies the voluntary announcement on October 14: AGAE will resume trading on the afternoon of October 15 for the group's affiliated company

> OURGAME issued an announcement regarding the voluntary announcement dated October 14, 2025. The company hereby clarifies that due to an inadvertent error, Allied Gaming & Entertainment Inc. was incorrectly stated as "a subsidiary of the Group" in the announcement, whereas the correct statement should be "an associate of the Group." The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of its shares on the Stock Exchange starting from 1:00 PM on October 15, 2025
