Shanghai Chip-On Micro-Assembly Technology Co., Ltd. made its debut at the 2025 Bay Area Semiconductor Industry Ecosystem Expo, showcasing its new compound semiconductor lithography machines, laser annealing equipment, advanced wafer packaging volume detection equipment, advanced wafer packaging lithography machines, and bonding equipment solutions in the form of promotional materials. Chip-On Micro-Assembly was established in February of this year.
