# MESNAC's holding subsidiary MESNAC Technology officially listed on the New Third Board

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MESNAC (002073.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, Zhejiang MESNAC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "MESNAC Technology"), has received approval from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) for its application for public transfer of shares. The shares of MESNAC Technology will be publicly transferred on the NEEQ system starting from October 16, 2025
