# CZTL: The concerted action party of the controlling shareholder, Jiang Yilin, has lifted the pledge of 8.34 million shares

CZTL announced that shareholder Jiang Yilin has lifted the pledge on her shares in the company. The shares released from the pledge amount to 8.34 million shares, accounting for 16.16% of her holdings and 1.70% of the company's total share capital. As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Jiang Yilin has no plans to use the released pledged shares for subsequent pledges. After this release, CZTL and its concerted parties have a total of 86.676 million shares pledged, accounting for 46.45% of their total holdings in the company and 17.66% of the company's total share capital
