ST MEICHEN announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Weifang State-owned Assets Investment Holding Co., Ltd., has pledged 33.6746 million shares, accounting for 10.80% of its holdings and 2.34% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is October 14, 2025, and the purpose of the pledge is to support the listed company's production and operation. As of the announcement date, Weifang State Investment Company has cumulatively pledged 156 million shares, accounting for 49.99% of its holdings and 10.81% of the company's total share capital
