# QYDL: Huadian Chanin has increased its holdings by 1.43%

QYDL announced that its controlling shareholder China Huadian, through its subsidiary Huadian Chanyong, will cumulatively increase its holdings by 6.1165 million shares through centralized bidding from April 16, 2025, within a period of six months, accounting for 1.43% of the company's total share capital. The original plan for the increase was to accumulate a holding ratio of no less than 0.85% and no more than 1.70%. After the increase, China Huadian and its concerted parties will hold a total of 127 million shares, accounting for 29.72% of the company's total share capital
