# PAN ASIA DATA H: Huang Jiande appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative

According to the announcement from Long Asia Intelligent Holdings (01561), Mr. Wang Yingjie has resigned as the company secretary and one of the authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from October 15, 2025.

After Mr. Wang's resignation, the board announced that Mr. Huang Jiande has been appointed as the company secretary and one of the authorized representatives
