# SACA: Some shares of controlling shareholder Xie Xiaohua have been judicially frozen and re-frozen

SACA announced that part of the shares held by its controlling shareholder, Ms. Xie Xiaohua, have been judicially frozen and re-frozen. Specifically, 2.0495 million shares have been judicially re-frozen, accounting for 2.00% of her holdings and 0.45% of the company's total share capital; 384,300 shares have been judicially frozen, accounting for 0.38% of her holdings and 0.08% of the company's total share capital. The total number of frozen shares is 20.599 million, accounting for 20.15% of her holdings in the company and 4.50% of the company's total share capital. This share freeze is due to personal loan disputes and will not lead to a change in the company's control, nor will it have a significant impact on production operations and corporate governance
