# SITI: Implementation of the 2025 Semi-Annual Dividend Distribution

SITI announced that the dividend distribution plan for the first half of 2025 is to distribute a cash dividend of 0.10 yuan for every 10 shares. The equity registration date is October 21, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 22, 2025. The recipients of the dividend are all shareholders of the company registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited after the market closes on October 21, 2025. The total share capital of the company before the dividend is 5.114 billion shares, and the total share capital remains unchanged after the dividend
