# Shenergy: Convertible bond application accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

Shenergy announced that on October 15, 2025, it received a notification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of Shenergy Co., Ltd.'s application for issuing securities on the Shanghai Stock Exchange main board. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has verified the fundraising prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company, and believes that the application documents are complete and comply with legal forms, deciding to accept the application and conduct a review in accordance with the law. The issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects still needs to be reviewed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and approved for registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
