# SINYUAN ZM: Approval granted for the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects

SINYUAN ZM announced that the company recently received the "Approval on the Registration of Ningbo SINYUAN ZM Technology Co., Ltd. to Issue Convertible Corporate Bonds to Unspecified Objects" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The approval agrees to the company's application for the registration of issuing convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects and requires that this issuance be strictly implemented in accordance with the declaration documents and issuance plan submitted to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
