According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHUHUA SPORTS (605299.SH) announced that the actual controller and chairman Mr. Zhang Weijian intends to reduce his shareholding by no more than 2,046,132 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 0.5% of the company's total share capital. The actual controller Mr. Zhang Jinpeng also intends to reduce his shareholding by no more than 2,046,132 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 0.5% of the company's total share capital. The controlling shareholder SHUHUA Investment intends to reduce its shareholding by no more than 8,184,530 shares through block trading, accounting for no more than 2% of the company's total share capital
