# DELI: Plans to issue A-shares to specific targets

DELI announced that the company will hold the tenth meeting of the fifth board of directors on October 15, 2025, to review and approve the proposal regarding the issuance of A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025 and other related proposals. The proposal and related documents have been disclosed on the Giant Tide Information Network, but the matters related to the issuance of shares to specific targets for the year 2025 as described in the proposal still require approval from the company's shareholders' meeting, review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before implementation
