# HTDC: Plans to acquire 100% equity of a shipping company for 157 million yuan

Longjiang Transportation announced that the company plans to use its own funds to purchase 100% equity of Heilongjiang Water Transport Construction Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of its controlling shareholder Heilongjiang Provincial Highway Group Co., Ltd., through participating in public bidding at a price not exceeding the assessed value of 157 million yuan, based on a listing price of 150 million yuan. This transaction has been approved by the sixth interim meeting of the fourth board of directors and the fourth interim meeting of the fourth supervisory board of the company in 2025, with related directors abstaining from voting. This transaction still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for approval
