# HIGH FASHION: Liu Yecheng has been appointed as a non-executive director

According to the announcement from Dali International (00608), Liu Ye Cheng will be transferred to a non-executive director of the company and resign from the company's nomination committee member effective October 15, 2025; and Lin Dian Yu will resign from the company's nomination committee member effective October 15, 2025
