HCD announced that shareholder Ningbo Tongmu Venture Capital Partnership, holding 29.4991 million shares, accounting for 17.0542%, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.7297 million shares through centralized bidding and no more than 3.4594 million shares through block trading from November 6, 2025, to February 5, 2026, with a total reduction of no more than 5.1891 million shares, accounting for 2.9999% of the company's total share capital
