# Mankun plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 760 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Mankun Technology (301132.SZ) has disclosed a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. The company intends to issue convertible corporate bonds to raise a total amount not exceeding 760 million yuan (inclusive), with an initial conversion price not lower than the average trading price of the company's A-shares over the twenty trading days prior to the announcement date of the fundraising prospectus and the average trading price of the company's A-shares on the previous trading day. The net proceeds from this issuance, after deducting issuance costs, are intended to be used for the high-end printed circuit board production base project in Thailand and the intelligent and digital upgrade transformation project
