According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SANF (300276.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder and director Mr. Chen Wei and his concerted actor Mr. Chen Gongcen plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 39.8753 million shares (not exceeding 2.85% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the disclosure of this reduction announcement, starting from fifteen trading days thereafter
