According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Profit C&C (300640.SZ) announced that a specific shareholder, Mr. Chen Lan, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 3.1 million shares, or no more than 1.00% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding from October 21, 2025, to January 20, 2026
