# DYNAGREEN ENV plans to invest in the establishment of a joint venture company in Hong Kong to expand its overseas environmental protection business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dynagreen Environmental Protection (01330) announced that in order to expand its overseas environmental protection business, the board of directors agreed that the company would establish a joint venture in Hong Kong with its subsidiary Green Hui Limited of Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited, with a capital contribution ratio of 50%:50%
