According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Riyue HI (603218.SH) stated that within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, Mr. Zhang Jianzhong, a director and deputy general manager, intends to reduce his holdings of the company's unrestricted circulating shares by no more than 156,900 shares, accounting for approximately 0.0152% of the total shares of the company
