According to the announcement from XIN POINT HOLD (01571), starting from October 15, 2025, Mr. Zhang Haofeng, one of the company's financial directors, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He will be responsible for the group's accounting and financial management, as well as liaising with external parties regarding the group's financial matters. Mr. Zhang Haofeng's responsibilities will also include acquisition assessments, reviewing the group's performance, and managing investor relations.

After Mr. Zhang Haofeng's appointment as Chief Financial Officer, another financial director, Mr. Li Zefu, will no longer be responsible for liaising with external parties regarding the group's financial matters and managing investor relations.
