# Shinghwa expects a pre-loss, with a projected net loss attributable to the parent company of 49 million to 75 million yuan for the first three quarters

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shinghwa (603026.SH) announced a performance pre-loss notice for the first three quarters of 2025, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of between 49 million yuan and 75 million yuan, a decrease of 60.2651 million yuan to 86.2651 million yuan compared to the same period last year (statutory disclosure data).

The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company during the reporting period decreased compared to the same period last year, mainly due to intense market competition and a year-on-year decline in the prices of some products. To cope with industry competition, the company increased its market investment and R&D efforts, resulting in an increase in period expenses and a decrease in operating profit
