# PIA Automation plans to raise no more than 1.161 billion yuan through a private placement of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PIA Automation (688306.SH) has announced a plan to issue shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance will not exceed RMB 1.161 billion (including the principal), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting related issuance costs is intended to be used for the following projects: intelligent robot research and development and industrialization project, medical health intelligent equipment application and technology service global capability enhancement project, information technology construction project, and working capital replenishment project
