According to the announcement from Smarter Micro (688512.SH), due to its own funding needs, the Big Fund Phase II plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction of no more than 4.6684 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.00% of the total shares of the company, to be conducted within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
