# Foran Energy: Wu Qiang Zhongshun plans to sign a gas supply and usage cooperation agreement with Hebei Natural Gas

Foran Energy announced that its holding subsidiary Wuqiang County Zhongshun Natural Gas Co., Ltd. plans to sign a "Natural Gas Supply and Use Cooperation Agreement" with Hebei Natural Gas Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, Wuqiang Zhongshun will prioritize purchasing no less than 10 million cubic meters of natural gas annually from Hebei Natural Gas, provided that the natural gas resources in Hebei are competitive and the price does not exceed the prices of other resources purchased by Wuqiang Zhongshun. The specific annual contract volume will be clarified in the purchase and sales contract signed by both parties after approval each year in the future. This move aims to optimize the gas source structure, reduce gas procurement costs, and enhance supply security and market competitiveness
