# STHC's subsidiary plans to build a 1.49-meter wide polarizer production line project to increase capacity

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shenfangzhi A (000045.SZ) announced that its subsidiary Shenzhen Shengbo Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shengbo Optoelectronic") plans to establish a new production line for polarizers with a width of 1.49 meters and a planned capacity of approximately 18 million square meters per year for LCD and OLED applications. This will be done in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, using a combination of self-owned funds and bank loans to purchase land and construct new factories and supporting facilities. The total estimated investment is 1.334 billion yuan.

The investment in this project will help the company rapidly enhance its polarizer production capacity, strengthen the supply capability of high value-added products, and expand its market share
