In July this year, reports indicated that JiHui Group sold the entire commercial property on the 35th floor of the West Wing of the Sheung Wan Shun Tak Centre for approximately HKD 440 million, with a price per square foot of about HKD 20,000, having held the property for nearly twenty years with a book profit of HKD 330 million. However, recent market news suggests that the transaction has fallen through, and the ownership of the property has been re-acquired by JiHui Group
