# HENGYUN GROUP A and others established a comprehensive energy service company including multiple photovoltaic businesses

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Yancheng Hengzheng Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. was established, with Huang Qiyin as the legal representative. The business scope includes: power generation, power transmission, power supply; manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components; sales of photovoltaic equipment and components; leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Zhejiang Zhongtai New Energy Development Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Hengyun New Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of HENGYUN GROUP
